When you use StyleMix, we may collect personal information that you provide directly to us such as your name, email address, and profile photo. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifier those providers share with us and, where permitted, your display name and email.
StyleMix processes the selfies and product images you upload to generate virtual try‑on results. On mobile, the app may request access to your camera and photo library to capture or select images. You remain the owner of images you upload. We store generated results and a limited history of your recent styles so you can revisit them. You can delete them at any time.
We automatically collect information about how you use our app, including features accessed, time spent, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve our service and provide better recommendations.
Your information is primarily used to provide the StyleMix virtual try-on service, including processing your images through our AI algorithms to generate realistic styling results.
We use your data to personalize your experience, including recommending styles, improving our AI models, and customizing the app interface to your preferences.
We may use your contact information to send you important updates about our service, respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (on iOS) via in‑app purchase, or RevenueCat acting as our purchase infrastructure provider. We receive only non‑sensitive purchase metadata needed to provision credits and manage your plan. We do not store full payment card details.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and images. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account data and images at any time, and we will remove them from our active systems unless retention is required by law.
We use trusted service providers to deliver parts of the service, including:
• Firebase (authentication, Firestore)
• RevenueCat (in‑app purchases & subscriptions)
• Apple In‑App Purchase / Sign in with Apple (iOS)
• Google Sign‑In (when you choose to sign in with Google)
These providers process limited data on our behalf and are bound by contractual safeguards.
You may access and update your profile information and delete stored images from within the app. You may also request account deletion and data export by contacting us.
You can control camera and photo library access in your device settings. If permission is denied, you can still browse parts of the app but cannot capture/select images until access is granted.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
